We’re located just a few minutes away from the famous Butchart Gardens, a splendid garden that’s more than a century old and offering more than 900 plant varieties on display! Created by Jennie Butchart, this 118-year-old garden is an absolute must see for anyone visiting Victoria, especially if you’re staying at the Eagle’s Nest B&B!

For those who have booked longer stays, you might also find time to visit the popular statues in the area such as the Emily Carr Statue and the Terry Fox Statue, both of which can be easily reached from the Eagle’s Nest.

If you crave for more outdoor leisure, you can take your pick from a long list of outdoor activities at the Mount Douglas Park, a 450-acre park offering an impressive 360-degree view of the area surrounding Victoria. Other activities and sightseeing spots you might be interested in taking a look at include the Commonwealth Swimming Pool built in 1993, the University of Victoria, the Galloping Goose Trails and the Trans Canada Trail, as well as the local casinos in the area too. Whether you want to try out some golfing or not, you can always walk through the luscious grass of the golf course and enjoy a meal at the famous Bill Mattick restaurant on the golf course itself. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen and your very own private entrance and private deck too. The Bay Suite also has an ensuite bathroom and a comfortable sofa bed for any other guests in the living room.
